Refund policy

All sales are final. However, I understand that issues may arise. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or a video demonstrating the defect. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. Please note that refunds for defective items will only be issued for unworn pieces. Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving your order may not be eligible for a return, repair, or refund.

Once I confirm the defect, I will arrange for a return shipping label to be sent to you. I will cover the cost of return shipping.

Upon receiving the defective item, the item will be inspected to verify the defect.  If verified, I will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will cover the original purchase price, including shipping costs.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization or outside of the 24-hour window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
